Today I was browsing through a popular Australian news site, smh.com.au and saw an article referring to Google Australia and it’s work environment. I have to say, if I was to go out and find a “job” it would be there. A Business Review Weekly (BRW) study found that Google was the best place to work in Australia and apart from my own business, I would definitely agree.

Free Food, Picnic tables, Games Room and Free Food (you can tell where my interests lie!) are a few of the things that they offer to employees. My previous corporate job offered data entry tasks as a way to relax and rejuvenate… shows how backward some of the dinosaurs really are!

Many of you may be aware I’m quite into reading other Blogs and quite often I refer to those that I read. You may also have heard me mention Yaro Starak’s blog Entrepreneurs Journey.com.

Wikipedia has 10 different definitions for the term “value”, 12 if you include those definitions on subcategories.

I personally don’t have a specific definition but I know when I am given something that is of great value. The other day I was give a link to Chris Guillebeau’s manifesto 279 Days to Overnight Success. Its a free report on how to make a living out of blogging online. If your interested in making a living online then this would be the definition of value, hands down.

I’m a big advocate of writing unique good quality content. However after reading through a few blogs I came across an article which I thought was excellent. It’s Brilliantly written and well executed. I am also a big advocate of giving credit where credit is due. So I’m thinking I might start a “Article of my week” section where I will post a link to my favorite article that I have stumbled across over the course of a weeks blog surfing.
